Availability:

Candidates must have full availability on Saturday & Sunday, as well as partial availability (minimum 3 days) during the week.  Please expect 12-32 hours per week; although, this may increase depending on the candidate's performance. Candidates will be required to consistently work on weekends

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate can expect the following responsibilities, in addition to any other required items that come about during a shift. Our primary focus is providing our customers with a fun and engaging group activity; and therefore, customer service is of utmost importance. You will be tasked with ensuring that each customer receives top quality customer service throughout the duration of their experience which will include, but is not limited to:

  • Initial welcoming of customer, completing check-in & finalizing payment

  • Pre-Game briefing including a summary of all required rules, hint system, explanation of lock usage, as well as answer any other questions and concerns

  • Monitoring of experience, ensuring customer's safety and providing any help/clues when called upon

  • Post-Game debriefing, answering any additional questions, taking & posting of group photos

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will simultaneously be required to perform additional tasks:

  • Reset rooms both accurately and in a time-efficient manner after each group finishes

  • Take reservations from both walk-in customers as well as over the phone

  • Housekeeping - Consistently monitoring the cleanliness of the business and clean when required. This includes washing floors, cleaning washrooms, etc. First impressions for our customers is critical, so we expect our place of business to be spotless.

  • Closing procedure - To ensure our place of business is kept clean and for the next business day a close out procedure is to be completed at the end of everyday. This involves, a complete clean of the facility

  • Problem Solving - you will need to be able to think and act quickly when situations arise out of the normal

  • Team Work - the ability to work with your colleagues, employer and customers is a must.
